This SB series small rice miller is widely used for processing paddy rice into polished and white rice. This rice mill has the functions of husking, destoning, milling and polishing. We have different model small rice mill with different capacity for customer to choose such as SB-5, SB-10, SB-30, SB-50, etc.. This SB-5 combined rice miller is a comprehensive equipment for paddy-processing. It is suitable for rice processing plant, rice supply center, farmers in developing country. SB-5 Mini Combined Rice Miller is a special small scale equipment for paddy processing. It is composed of feeding hopper, dehusking, brown rice and chaff separating, polishing and air jet blower, etc.. The rice miller can finish the complete rice processing of paddy cleaning, husking, air-blowing selecting and rice whitening, the husk, chaff, runtish paddy and white rice are pushed out of machine separately. This rice miller has a reasonable and compact structure, with little noise when operation, it is light and easy to operate with less power consumption and high productivity. The model can produce white rice with high purity, less chaff containing and less broken rate, it is a new type paddy processing machine for countryside. Here is the working principle:Firstly, paddy enters into the rice mill machine through vibrating sieve and magnet device;Secondly, passes rubber-roller for hulling;After, air blowing and air jetting to the milling room, the paddy finished the process of husking and milling in succession;Finally, husk, unripe paddy, and white rice are expelled out of the machine respectively.
